Meet Malini the Founder of Samsara

Malini Naidoo is the founder and guiding force behind Samsara Flow, a wellness space dedicated to awakening human potential and supporting individuals on their journey toward inner freedom. With a background in business and communication science and further certification as a digital brand strategist, Malini transitioned from the corporate world to her true calling—helping others heal, grow, and reconnect with their authentic selves. She often says she did not choose this path; the path chose her.

Malini is a certified Life Coach, Spiritual Coach, Yoga Instructor, and trauma-informed nervous system regulation practitioner. Her work integrates the science of the body with the wisdom of inner transformation. Through a blend of life coaching, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and somatic healing, she supports individuals in releasing their limitations, cultivating emotional resilience, and creating lives rooted in purpose, clarity, and self-awareness.

Samsara Flow was born during the global pandemic, a time that urged Malini to look deeply within and answer a greater call. What began as a personal journey soon grew into a registered NPO driven by the intention to uplift individuals and communities. Malini believes in accessible, holistic healing—especially in a country where many face social and emotional challenges related to stress, violence, unemployment, and health conditions. Her programmes foster empowerment, connection, and conscious living, grounded in practices proven to reduce stress, strengthen immunity, support emotional wellbeing, and bring people back into harmony with themselves.

At the heart of Malini’s work is authenticity and service. She creates a nurturing, inclusive environment where individuals are encouraged to reconnect with their true nature, build confidence, and step into their highest potential. Through both in-person and digital platforms, her teachings continue to reach a diverse audience seeking meaningful change.

Malini’s mission is simple: to remind every person that they are capable of transformation, that healing is possible, and that it is never too late to begin the journey home to oneself.
